Germany: BEOS celebrates groundbreaking in Leingarten!

In Leingarten, 50 kilometers north of our headquarters in Stuttgart, the groundbreaking ceremony for a modern multi-use hall was celebrated on June 15, 2023.

Our client BEOS AG is one of the leading asset managers and project developers of corporate real estate in Germany.

For the construction work, MPS Bauplanung (part of MPS ARCHONIC Group) has laid the architectural, functional and above all sustainable foundation stone. For the commercial hall to be built with an area of 5000 m², the Gold Standard certification from the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) is now being strived for.
