Germany: Sesotec celebrates groundbreaking in Schönberg in Bavaria!

Our client Sesotec GmbH celebrated on September 15, 2023 the groundbreaking ceremony for their future-oriented plant in Schönberg.  Many guests came in traditional Bavarian costume!

The new site is architecturally integrated into the landscape perfectly and has a resource-saving energy concept based on a combination of photovoltaics as well as geothermal energy. In addition, the office building stands out by a timber hybrid construction. The first construction phase has 12,500 m² and will be completed at the end of 2024.

Together with our team in Beverungen, our managing director Clemens Vyzina managed this project from conception to handover to the general contractor and will now accompany the progress on the construction site.
