MPS China wishes you a happy Mid-Autumn Festival!

The second most important family festival in China – the Mid-Autumn Festival – is celebrated this year on September 21^st.

The family comes together in a round. This is also represented by the small round moon cakes which are traditionally served at this festival. The taste of the beautiful mooncake depends on the filling, which varies a lot from region to region. From lotus seed paste to mashed beans to filling with five-nuts or egg yolk, you can find almost everything.
