New challenge for MPS in Romania!

The reason was the ground-breaking ceremony for the ILLIG construction project. The neighbours from the industrial area, the mayor, the local press, the construction company representatives and the responsible MPS staff members did not want to miss this event.

Dr. Sielemann, Managing Director, Dr. Roth, Director Production of ILLIG Maschinenbau and Mr. Talaba, the new Managing Director of ILLIG Maschinenbau S.R.L. in Romania, welcomed the attendees.

"At the new location, ILLIG will use its machine program to build thermoforming systems in order to be able to meet the growing demand on the market", explained Dr. Sielemann the extension. Dr. Roth added “For the company ILLIG, this construction project is a special milestone, as the planned area is the second largest after the main production facility in Heilbronn".

In the first construction phase, a total of 8,000 m2 of land will be built. The acquired property offers space for extensions, which were already considered in the planning. MPS has designed the new building and is now responsible for the implementation.
