Together we can carry out projects that will fulfil your specific wishes and technical requirements.

Site analysis

The choice of location is vitally important for the construction of a new industrial building. Numerous factors need to be considered: ground conditions, topography, infrastructure, building regulations, possible future expansion etc. For this we support the client with a clearly targeted analysis and flexible evaluation systems, which are valuable tools for decision-making.

Concept planning

A painstaking general assessment and precise concept planning create the basis for a successful construction project. We put special emphasis on intensive cooperation with the client, in order to establish a comprehensive list of wishes and requirements which will lead to the development of appropriate, practicable designs. We also give supportive advice on logistics concepts, production schedules or expansion scenarios.

The design planning phase

Long years of experience have made it possible for us to go from concept to draft planning in a short period of time. We make sure that the design is attractive and that the building is intelligently structured, while at the same time taking into consideration all the technical and organisational parameters.

Preparing permit applications

An application for planning permission will only be successful if all the relevant legal aspects are integrated in advance, with an eye to future developments. The present-day abundance of rules and regulations covering fire protection, health and safety, the environment and energy management necessitates foresighted interdisciplinary planning.

Tender

Reasonable offers cannot be obtained without a detailed, practical invitation to tender. A high quality invitation to tender is crucial for the effectiveness of follow-up management. This is where our longstanding expertise in awarding building contracts comes into play.

Implementation planning

The work plans, created by us in Germany and then carried out by reliable local planning partners, are the fruit of our many years of experience in industrial construction. Examples are: technically tried and tested roof details, energy-saving facades, use-specific floor slabs, sustainable heating and cooling technology and the supply of media during the production process.

Project management

Unexpected situations will arise in any project. The test of a good manager is whether he recognises them early enough and gets them under control with minimum friction, making use of all the opportunities that arise.

Construction supervision

Construction supervision can only be effective with direct on-site contact to the building process on a daily basis. Only then can risk potential be detected and proactively countered. Tours of inspection alone are not enough; direct contact to the people carrying out the work is required to make the complex building process transparent. This is achieved through regular construction discussions, sampling procedures the monitoring of test procedures.

Cost controlling

Cost controlling means that before modifications are made to plans or the building schedule, all factors that could have any effect on cost must be promptly reviewed. Obtaining alternative proposals, making detailed price comparisons and carrying out forward-looking plausibility checks are all essential tools for controlling construction costs.

Project control

Project control is of the essence for professional construction management. It is what allows the processes involved in project activities to be carried out in such a way that objectives such as deadlines, cost and quality are met. Quality enhancement measures ensure that these processes are continuously improved. This naturally means that constant updates on the progress of the project must be made available to the client, and that decisions must be made in good time.
